2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on vaji99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. vaji99 does not permit access to persons under 21 under any circumstances.
2. You are registering voluntarily as a private individual in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law in a manner that would make your use of the Platform illegal.
4. You have not previously had an account on the vaji99 Platform that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
5. You are not acting in a professional capacity as an agent, employee, or contractor of any gambling operator, game studio, or regulatory body in a manner that creates a conflict of interest.
6. All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, truthful, complete, and belongs to you.

By clicking "Register" or by otherwise creating an account, you confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above and accept these Terms in full. If you do not meet these criteria, you must not use the Platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

vaji99 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

1. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the same name as the vaji99 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
2. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. vaji99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's internal processing times.
3. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day, subject to completion of KYC verification. Processing times may be extended during periods of exceptionally high demand or during scheduled maintenance windows.
4. vaji99 reserves the right to apply anti-money-laundering checks to any withdrawal request. Where such checks are initiated, the withdrawal will be held pending review. Players will be notified of any such hold via the contact details on their account.
5. Deposits that have not been used for any wagering activity may, at vaji99's discretion, be subject to a review before withdrawal is processed, to ensure compliance with anti-fraud policies.
6. Currency conversion is not offered. All accounts are denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

vaji99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's communication:

1. Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the applicable promotion. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it cannot be withdrawn.
2. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses on the vaji99 Platform is 30x the bonus amount. This means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total eligible wagers before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
3. Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%-20%). Crash games and sports bets contribute at the rate stated in the specific promotion. Game contributions are subject to change without notice.
4. Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
5. vaji99 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any winnings derived from a voided bonus, and suspend the associated account where there is evidence that a Player has attempted to exploit or abuse promotional terms in bad faith.
6. Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated wagering progress will be forfeited at midnight (BST, UTC+6) on the bonus expiry date if the wagering requirement has not been completed.
7. vaji99 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any in-progress wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the terms that were in place at the time the bonus was claimed.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the vaji99 Platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate under the following general rules:

1. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) operated by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, or Play'n GO, as applicable). vaji99 does not and cannot influence RNG outcomes.
2. Each game's specific rules, including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, paylines, and payout structures, are governed by the individual game studio and are documented within the game's help section.
3. In the event of a software malfunction, network disconnection, or technical error that disrupts a game round in progress, the round may be voided and the wager for that round returned to the Player's balance at vaji99's discretion. This is the maximum liability vaji99 accepts in such circumstances.
4. vaji99 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed at odds that are clearly erroneous, whether due to a pricing error, system fault, or human error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
5. The use of any automated betting system, bot, script, exploit, or software that provides an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
6. Sports betting markets on the vaji99 Platform — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers cricket fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). Results are final once officially confirmed, and settled bets will not be re-opened for review unless vaji99 identifies a clear settlement error.

7. Responsible Gaming

vaji99 is committed to the promotion of safe and responsible gambling for all Players in Bangladesh. The Platform provides the following tools, which are available to every account holder at no cost and without restriction:

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of vaji99. Unauthorised use of Platform content will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vaji99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether planned (maintenance) or unplanned (technical failure, force majeure).
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to game RTP figures, odds, and promotional terms.
• Any losses caused by third parties, including payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), game studios, or telecommunications providers.
• Any damage to your device, data, or software resulting from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in this clause limits vaji99's liability for death or personal injury caused by vaji99's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by vaji99.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

vaji99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes — including your full name, date of birth, contact information, and payment method details — is held securely using SSL encryption and is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. vaji99 does not sell personal data to third parties.

11. Amendments to These Terms

vaji99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vaji99 will notify Players via a notice posted on the Platform's homepage or via the email address associated with the Player's account. The updated Terms will take effect no less than seven (7) days after the date of notification, except where changes are required to comply with applicable law, in which case they take effect immediately.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
